As a result of constant investments, we have a state-of-the-art technological park, with all the processes digitalized, which permits Collection, via Web, with all the Branches on-line, observations are made from the reception of the files/archives, the information is crosschecked (investigated) with a Data Bank (Zip Code, telephones), customized reports are carried out and issued, with excellent productivity and performance gains.
The service starting from the Information Data Bank enables the issuing of collection bills, “boletos” (collection bill issued by the collection company which could be paid in the banking system), agreement terms and any necessary instruments for the realization of the collection actions.
With the objective of maintaining the operations in a safe atmosphere, so much as the information and the technological infrastructure, our Data Bank servers; Oracle, Firewall, Automatic Dialers, IVR, Recorders and Internet are found hosted in our own Data Center.
